At Kairi, we work towards a two-pronged approach to curriculum delivery. Our first approach is excellent academic achievement which centres around an explicit teaching delivery for the teaching of new skills and a problem-based enquiry model to enhance our students' problem solving skills.
Our second curriculum approach targets our students' development of a growth mindset. Students with a growth mindset understand that challenges are opportunities to learn, feedback is fundamental to improvement and that you need to monitor yourself to understand how you are developing and in what areas you need to improve on.
